Does Kelp sign the contracts?

No. Kelp prepares them with your templates and clauses, sends them for signature and follows up until every party has signed. A person always signs. Then it files each contract in its folder and finds it instantly when someone asks for it.

Does Kelp issue invoices and follow up on payments?

Both. It builds each invoice from the work done, fees, extras and approved hours, sends it on its date and follows up on payment with reminders in the firm's tone until it arrives. It works on Holded, a3, Sage, Quipu, Odoo, Wolters Kluwer or Stripe, with no change of tool.

How do you close the month without a last-minute rush?

By preparing the close throughout the month. Invoices, closes and reports build up on their own, and recurring tasks run when they are due: each obligation has its date in the firm's calendar. Only what truly needs your decision reaches you.

Who drives the internal initiatives nobody has time to deliver?

Kelp. The certification, the new website, the change of accounting firm: it runs each one like any other project, with its plan, its tasks assigned and the work done, documents and paperwork included. Progress is visible at a glance and every initiative reaches the end, even if nobody on the team has time for it.

Does Kelp answer the team's internal questions?

Yes, with the firm's documents and citing the source: what the holiday policy says and on which page, how many days are left, how to request something. New hires are guided from day one with the firm's clients, method and tools. Nobody interrupts anyone to ask the usual questions.

What does management receive each month?

A report written in words: sales, production and cash on one clear page, with every figure taken from your tools. It goes out on its own every month. And if something drifts, Kelp does not wait for the report: it alerts you at the time and answers questions with data.

Does Kelp replace our accounting firm?

No. Kelp does the firm's internal administrative work and leaves it in order in your tools, from Holded to a3. If you work with an external accounting or advisory firm, they receive everything prepared and on time.

What does Kelp need to start with administration?

To connect to what you already use: the invoicing tool, email and calendar. No migration and no tidying up beforehand. From there it builds the firm's calendar: closes, renewals and obligations, each with its date.
