## How does Kelp work inside a project?

01

### The project work, done.

Kelp produces the deliverables in your tools and in your house format. A person reviews them before they go out.

The diagnosis, in a consultancy

The campaign assets, in an agency

The whole course, in a training firm

02

### Works inside the team.

Kelp is in your channel and your task manager. It does its part and takes load off each person without changing how you work.

Anyone can assign it work in the task

It leaves the draft in the right person's task

The owner reviews it and closes it

03

### The plan, ready after kickoff.

Kelp turns the kickoff meeting into the project plan. You have it in your task manager the same day.

Listens to what is agreed with the client

Lays out the phases, dates and delivery

Assigns the tasks across the team

04

### The project, under control.

Kelp knows where each project stands. If something slips, it corrects it before it eats into the margin.

Compares actual hours with the budget

Alerts you to the overrun with the figure

Readjusts the plan once you approve

05

### The client kept informed without asking.

Kelp keeps the client up to date on their project. Nobody on the team has to spend hours reporting to them.

Sends the progress update every Friday

Explains what has been done and what comes next

Asks the client in good time for what is missing

06

### Every project leaves a method.

Kelp keeps what worked in each project. The next one starts with the plan done on day one.

Saves the templates and checklists

Records the actual hours for each phase

Sets up the next project with them

## More projects delivered, with the same team.

Kelp does it in your project manager, documents, email and chat. No change of tools.

**Hours go into the work** Kelp does the repeatable work and the team focuses on what needs judgement.

**Your house format, always** Your method in every deliverable, even when the workload is heavy.

**No project gets out of hand** Hours, deadlines and scope monitored across all projects at once.

**The next one starts better** Templates and actual hours from each project, ready to reuse.

### Does Kelp organise the work or do it?

It does it. It drafts reports, prepares analyses, builds documents and uploads assets inside your tools, from Jira or Asana to Notion, Google Drive or WordPress. It does not hand out tasks for someone else to do: it delivers the service work done. A person reviews everything before it reaches the client.

### How does Kelp know where a project stands without asking the team?

Because it sees the work as it happens. Milestones and progress update themselves, with no status meetings, and anything stuck is flagged: what is waiting on whom and since when. Ask Kelp about any project and it answers in detail. Risks arrive as alerts before they become emergencies.

### Does Kelp warn you if a project is going to run over on hours or deadline?

Yes, and before it eats into the margin. Every day it compares the work being done with the hours, deadlines and scope that were budgeted, and if the pace slips it says so with the figure in front of you. When the client asks for more than was agreed, the scope change is detected and costed before the work is done, with the extension proposal ready.

### Does the client have to ask how their project is going?

No. Kelp drafts and sends the progress report every week: what has been done, what comes next and what is needed from the client. Deliveries go out with a summary of changes, and what the client needs to provide is requested in good time and chased if it does not arrive. In your house tone and format.

### What stays with the firm when a project closes?

Method. You keep the templates and checklists drawn from the project, standard solutions so you never solve the same problem twice, and the actual hours per phase, which give well-founded estimates for the next one. The new project starts with the plan done on day one.

### What if we don't use any project management software?

You don't need to: Kelp sees the work pass through meetings, email and documents, and can keep the plan, the tasks and the status of each project itself. If you adopt a tool tomorrow, Kelp connects to it and carries on.

### Does the client notice the reports are prepared by an AI?

The report goes out in your house tone and format, and a person reviews it before it is sent. What you tell each client about your use of AI is your decision; Kelp gives you the record of who did what so you can explain it.
