## How does Kelp turn a contact into a meeting?

01

### It knows who to write to and why.

Across your whole database, Kelp finds the people who have a real reason to hear from you today.

Reviews former clients, proposals and the partner's network

Cross-checks news, changes and open threads

Chooses who to write to today

02

### Writes the way the partner would.

Kelp writes each message for one person, about something that matters to them. It never sends a template.

Starts from what is happening to that person

Uses your history and your cases

Goes out with the partner's name and tone

03

### If there is no reply, it comes back with a new reason.

No reply does not mean no interest. Kelp follows up patiently until they answer.

Waits weeks between one message and the next

Each message brings something new

If they reply, it stops and starts a conversation

04

### Answers website enquiries straight away.

Kelp replies while the contact is still interested. Only people worth a meeting reach your calendar.

Replies in minutes, at night too

Asks what you need to know

Checks whether they fit your criteria

05

### Books the meeting in your calendar.

The meeting lands in your calendar without you writing a single email. You just have to turn up.

Finds free slots in your calendar

Proposes them, with no booking links

Books the one the contact chooses

06

### If someone says no, it stops writing to them.

Nobody gets one message too many, so the firm never becomes a nuisance. And the contact stays in the database for later.

Cancels pending messages

Records the reason for the no

Notes when it would make sense to return

## What it is not.

**A purchased list** Kelp works your own contacts. No third-party lists.

**Mass spam** Few messages, each written for a specific person.

**A blind email sequence** If someone replies, the sequence stops and a conversation starts.

**A salesperson to train** You don't hire or supervise anyone. We set it up.

**A new CRM** It works on yours and logs every conversation.

**AI hype** If you wouldn't sign a message with your name, Kelp doesn't send it.

## More meetings, without spending hours finding them.

Kelp does it in your email, CRM, calendar and chat. No change of tools.

**New meetings every month** Kelp keeps prospecting even when the team is full of projects.

**Your hours go to the meeting** Kelp gets the meeting. You arrive having read the dossier.

**Your database brings in business again** Former clients and lost proposals turn into meetings again.

**Every attempt teaches something** Kelp notes which reasons open a conversation and who not to chase.

### Where does Kelp get contacts from? Does it buy databases?

It buys nothing. Kelp works your own contacts: former clients, lost proposals, the partner's network, people who met you at a trade fair or a webinar and whoever has just come in through the website form. No cold third-party lists and no purchased databases.

### Do the messages read as if a bot wrote them?

They don't go out unless you would sign them. Kelp writes each message for a specific person, with that contact's context and the firm's tone and approach: the message the partner would send with an hour per lead. Few messages, never a burst and never the same one twice.

### What does Kelp do if the contact doesn't reply?

It waits a few weeks and comes back with a new reason and something new to say. If someone replies, the sequence stops and a conversation starts: Kelp keeps the thread going and offers real slots from your calendar instead of sending a booking link.

### And if someone says they want nothing to do with it?

They receive nothing more. Kelp records the reason and when it makes sense to ask again, if at all. Nobody gets messages after saying no. And Kelp notes what it learns: which reasons get replies, which messages work and who not to write to again.

### What do I get out of all this work?

The meeting, and little else. Kelp qualifies, converses and books the meeting, and puts it in your calendar with its dossier: who the person is, your shared history and the angle that made them accept. Partner hours go to the meeting, not to getting it.

### Which email address does Kelp write from?

From your firm's accounts, in Gmail or Outlook: every message goes out with your name and your domain. You set how much review happens beforehand through autonomy per type of work, and every conversation is logged in your CRM.

### Won't we end up pestering our contacts?

It is designed for the opposite: few messages, each with a real reason, weeks between touches and no further message to anyone who says no. Kelp records the reason for the no and when it makes sense to ask again, if at all.
